1. Prices
1.1 All prices on www.babo-art.nl (both English and Dutch version) and those communicated on, for example, social media such as Instagram and facebook, are vat included in EURO but are exclusive in all further costs such as shipping and transport costs, import and export charges and all costs of engaged third parties. In case a price differs from the in 1.1 mentioned price quotation, this will be clearly communicated to you.
1.2 The silver coloured frame to which the canvas is attached is included in the price. In case no frame is desired, this will not affect indicated prices.
2. Offer
2.1 Colours on the original works may differ from the pictures shown. Every effort has been made to represent everything as close to the original as possible. No rights can be derived from deviating colours and or sizes and weight. More photos of a work are availabe upon request.
2.2 Most of my work comes with a silver coloured frame. It will be indicated in advance if so. In consultation with Babo Arts, a non standard frame can be chosen for extra price. Upon request photos of a frame can be send.
3. Conclusion of agreement
3.1 An agreement is reached once accepted by Babo Arts. The buyer automatically agrees to the terms and conditions after placing an order.
4. Payment
4.1 Unless indicated otherwise, the full amount, including any costs such as shipping and transport costs, must be paid in advance.
4.2 The requested painting will be reserved for a maximum of 14 days in which payment must been made. The agreement can be declared invalid by Babo Arts after this period. A payment reminder will be send after 1 week in case no payment has been received.
5. Retention of title
5.1 All artworks remain in full ownership of Babo Arts untill the full payment (including any further costs such as shipping or transport costs) has been completed.
6. Shipping
6.1 It is possible for a dispatched work to suffer damage or even get lost. All shipments will be packed as carefully as possible to minimize the risk of getting damaged. Babo Arts cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during the shipment proces and or the loss of a shipment. Babao Arts will handle each individual case as good as possible and will do its utmost to find the best possible solution for the buyer. Babo Arts is decisive at all times.
6.2 In case a replacement has been offered, it will be dispatched once the original dispatched work has been received and inspected by Babo Arts.
6.3 Shipping costs for returning the artwork will, with a maximum of € 100,- and within NL only, be covered by Babo Arts. Shipping costs outside the Netherlands in agreement with Babo Arts. At all times Babo Arts is decisive.
7. Cancellation and returns
7.1 Cancellation of an order is possible within 7 days after the order confirmation has been received and only per mail at info@babo-art.nl
7.2 In case payment has already been made and received by Babo Art, it will be fully refunded within 7 working days. Confirmation of payment will be provided once the transfer has been made.
7.3 In case an order thas has already been sent is cancelled, no matter the reason, both shipping costst and return costs will be for the buyer. The purchase price will be refunded within 7 working days after receipt of the returned painting and if in god condition (undamaged and complete). A confirmation will be provided once a payment has been made.
